Team Forward
As the workforce continues to change, one thing remains constant; the pressures put on them to succeed and remain relevant.
On a constant emotional roller coaster in their careers and in life, the ability for them to gather new insights about themselves and how to respond when faced with pressure is critical in overcoming challenges and being successful.
Working with our facilitators allows individual team members to better understand how to communicate; what part motivation plays in team dynamics and finally how to improve their emotional intelligence to make better decisions.
If you take out the team in teamwork, it's just work. Now who wants that?

Let's take your team building to the next level.
Package 1: Communication, Motivation, and Better Decisions
Today’s workplace is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Leaders must develop the foundational competencies to thrive through expert communication, understanding the motivation of self and others as well as high levels of emotional intelligence to make good decisions. By the end of this program participants will have gained a new level of confidence to better impact their teams and the organization.

This program is made up of 3 separate, 1-day sessions, typically conducted over 8 weeks. Commitment and accountability are key components of starting and ending each session.
Participants will develop skills to:
-
Communicate more effectively
-
Identify potential conflict before it arises

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
The million dollar question!
What can we do as an organization to have more employee engagement?

The world is changing and so is how we work. Looking for a way to identify what is holding your workforce/teams back from being more productive and how to build a cohesive unit?
This program is specifically designed with that in mind. Say goodbye to training your teams on high-level theories and concepts that hold no application to their day-to-day work. We gather real data from your team focused on their internal operating elements. This creates a basis for group dialogue and a way for the group to check itself periodically.

5 paramount questions about their leaders and work teams:
-
Do you know who is on your team and what they can do?
-
Does your team know what they are supposed to do?
-
Does your team understand how to do it?
-
Does your team have the resources to get it done?
-
Do you trust your team to do it?
Our process will help you improve your employee engagement by identifying the areas in need of improvement and areas of strength to build on then relating those to the nature or mission of the organization.

FACILITATION
Facilitate to create a common language and understanding.

ThriveOn Concepts has a facilitation program that takes the process and agenda into consideration. We help you to plan, guide and manage a team to ensure that the teams objectives are met effectively with clear thinking, good participation and full-buy in from everyone who is involved.

Participants learn a wide range of skills and tools, from problem solving and decision making, to team management and communications to create a group process and environment where people can flourish, and the group reaches their envisioned solution or conclusion.

Our program focuses on HOW people participate in the process of learning or planning, not just on WHAT gets achieved. The process is neutral and never takes sides.
These skills are useful in complex discussions or those where people have diverse views and interests, good facilitation can make the difference between success and failure.
ThriveOn Concepts values collaboration and allows other members in the group to participate in the process.

The added benefit is to understand and demonstrate empathy. The participant will have full control, recognize and affirm that a person and their feelings and thoughts are valid, worth whiled and how to ask questions that brings issues from the head to the heart.
