Iyabo believes that the most important gift we can give another human being is to help them discover their life’s purpose and core values. This also applies to companies and organizations.
As a Leadership Coach, Iyabo is passionate about people’s ability to reach their highest potential. She is in the people business, and works with seasoned professionals who need a trusted guide in positioning the right people in place to lead their company toward a successful future, and making sure the people have the human capital for taking on leadership roles.

President of ThriveOn Concepts, Iyabo helps business owners, and organizations develop talent from within by tapping into the aptitude of their current employees through workshops, training, facilitation, leadership development, and executive coaching.
Iyabo has a Masters of Art in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC). In 2017 she earned a Leadership Coaching Certification from Avila University. She received a certification as a Professional Behaviors Analyst from TTI Success Insights.
Learning new skills motivates Iyabo. She belongs to several local professional organizations, such as Kansas City Women’s Chamber, the Central Exchange of Kansas City, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she participated in and received a certificate from the CWC Strategic Partnership Program for the KC airport project and Growth 360 through the SBDC in Kansas City.

Iyabo enjoys traveling globally and it’s likely you can find her on a dance floor, cutting the rug in different cultural celebrations and ceremonies.
Brian Graves, M.B.A

As a Veteran, Brian Graves served more than 27 years in uniform where he devoted his career to developing future leaders and building high performing organizations. Brian has worked with a broad spectrum of clients to include emergency management professionals, government employees, military leaders, school administrators and small business owners.
He is also a former 2-time Baldrige Examiner for the Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE) Program and has extensive experience in training, leadership development, and coaching for improved organizational performance.
Brian provides solutions focused coaching helping clients navigate leadership struggles, professional development opportunities and career challenges at ThriveOn Concepts.
He asks the questions others won't. He provides the structure, accountability and most importantly the honest feedback necessary to make lasting change. His goal is to provide you the tools to dig deep, conduct self-reflection and think critically to solve future problems.
