Iyabo has a Masters of Art in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC). In 2017 she earned a Leadership Coaching Certification from Avila University. She received a certification as a Professional Behaviors Analyst from TTI Success Insights.
Learning new skills motivates Iyabo. She belongs to several local professional organizations, such as Kansas City Women’s Chamber, the Central Exchange of Kansas City, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she participated in and received a certificate from the CWC Strategic Partnership Program for the KC airport project and Growth 360 through the SBDC in Kansas City.
Iyabo enjoys traveling globally and it’s likely you can find her on a dance floor, cutting the rug in different cultural celebrations and ceremonies.
Katherine believes that everyone holds the potential to be and do something great. Her passion is to help organizations understand the needs of their people. She works with them to build leadership capacity so they can meet the challenges of tomorrow by developing the people they have today. She fulfills this passion as Vice President of Operations for ThriveOn Concepts, LLC. In this role Katherine has the opportunity to empower, add value, and make an impact on individuals, teams and the community.
Katherine has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Clarke University, where she also minored in sociology and biology while playing collegiate softball. In 2017, she graduated from Avila University, in Kansas City, with her Masters in Organizational Development. Katherine holds an Executive Leadership Graduate Certificate and Coaching Certification from Avila University. Katherine achieved certifications through TTI Success Insights as a Professional Behaviors Analyst, Professional Driving Forces Analyst and Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst. She received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2019.
Katherine enjoys staying involved in the local professional community as a member of ATD-KC, KCODN, and serves as Treasurer for the ICF-Heartland Chapter. In 2019, she completed the Barnes Leadership Series sponsored by the Mid-America LBGT Chamber of Commerce. In 2020 she was honored with the President's Award from the ICF Heartland chapter.

As a Veteran, Brian Graves served more than 27 years in uniform where he devoted his career to developing future leaders and building high performing organizations. Brian has worked with a broad spectrum of clients to include emergency management professionals, government employees, military leaders, school administrators and small business owners.
He is also a former 2-time Baldrige Examiner for the Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE) Program and has extensive experience in training, leadership development, and coaching for improved organizational performance.
Brian provides solutions focused coaching helping clients navigate leadership struggles, professional development opportunities and career challenges at ThriveOn Concepts.
